Eisbain and mince batchelor

2x eisbain smoked
250 gr mince
1 onion
1 tomato
Pepers to taste
Salt pepper to taste
Fry mince onion tomato and pepper
Scoop out
Cut eisbain into strips and fry for 2min
With spices your choice
Ad all together and simmer for 3min
Dish up with pap or toast bread
You will go for third plate
If you do it with toast ad cheese ontop
