Fruity pork stew

1-2 kg stewing pork
10 baby onions
6-8 dried prunes and peaches cut into smaller pieces
Packet sundried tomatoes with juice cut into smaller pieces

1 choped onion
1tsb garlic
1 packet bacon bits

Sauce
125ml port
375 red wine
Shot of Brandy
Packet oxtail soup powder
Salt and pepper
1tsp mixed herbs

Fry chopped onion, add garlic and bacon bits. Fry for a few minutes. Add meat, dried fruit and sundried tomatoes. Mix
Add sauce and kook for 60-90 min until meat is soft.
Serve with samp or mash.
